"Outlook Escape" is a great family holiday getaway. Set amongst native trees in the quiet, secluded Red Rocks area of Cowes, this lovely property is only a ten minute walk to Red Rocks beach, and a seven minute walk to a nine hole, par three golf course. Beautifully presented throughout, with three bedrooms, one bathroom and two toilets, "Outlook Escape" can accommodate up to ten people, and is sure to delight!

This conveniently located house is fully furnished with comfortable beds, a porta-cot and high-chair, a fully equipped kitchen, a huge main family living area plus a smaller second lounge room, each equipped with TV's and DVD player. All weather conditions are catered for with a reverse cycle air conditioner plus heaters and fans in each bedroom.

Among the many other attractions this fully-fenced property has to offer, are a double carport and a large, sheltered deck with a BBQ, outdoor setting and sun lounges. The perfect place to spend those long lazy summer afternoons and evenings!

Bedroom 3: One tri-bunk* and one single bed
There is also a comfortable double fold-out divan in the second living area
*Tri-bunks consist of a single upper and a double lower

All beds are equipped with pillows, doonas and doona covers.

Guests are required to provide their own linen unless otherwise arranged. All linen, including top & bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels & bathmats can be provided, with beds made up before arrival and stripped after departure, for a minimal fee.

Linen Hire Charges: $30 per Queen or double bed and $15 per single bed. Charges apply per stay.
